Our homes are built using certified structural timber (C24 class), with optional steel reinforcements. We use only premium materials: wood, OSB3 panels, natural claddings, eco-friendly paints and high-grade insulation.

2. Are MOVOO homes suitable for year-round living?

Yes. Thanks to advanced thermal insulation, triple-glazed windows and vapor control membranes, MOVOO homes are designed for comfortable year-round use, even in colder climates.

3. What kind of cladding materials do you use?

We offer Siberian larch, thermowood, or HPL/fiber-cement panels. All materials are durable, weather-resistant and low-maintenance, while preserving a natural, premium aesthetic.

4. Can I choose the interior finishes?

Absolutely. We offer several custom finish packages, from developer standard to fully turnkey. Clients can choose flooring, wall finishes, built-in furniture and overall color palette.

5. Are MOVOO homes eco-friendly?

Yes. We prioritize Low-VOC materials, FSC-certified wood, natural paints and plasters. Our buildings are solar-ready, Smart Home-compatible and support rainwater collection or green roof systems.

6. How long does the construction take?

Up to 90% of the work is done off-site, under controlled conditions. On-site assembly takes 3 to 5 days, depending on the scale and level of customization.

7. Can I place a MOVOO home on a recreational or non-building plot?

Yes – as long as the design complies with local regulations (e.g., under 70 m² for permit-free buildings in Poland). We adjust each project to meet your specific legal and spatial needs.

10. Can the home be expanded or relocated in the future?

Yes. The modular construction allows for future expansion, and in many cases, it’s possible to dismantle and relocate the structure to a new site.
